To begin the process, you will need to secure a lot. We do not have lots available for purchase; however, we are able to get you in contact with a real estate agent to start the search process.
Can you help me design my home?
Yes, we have designers that can assist with the process.
Can I use my blueprints?
Yes, if they are engineered for the Florida Building Code and we are able to get your blueprints permitted.
When do I have to pay for my remodeling project?
We can begin your project as soon as the contractual agreement is signed and the 50% deposit is received by our financial services department.
Do we have to leave the property during the remodeling?
Although we cannot force anyone off their property during the construction phase, it is highly recommended to find a temporary residence until this phase is completed.

How long will it take to build my property?
There are two phases to consider: the planning and the building phases. The planning phase typically takes between 3-4 months and includes securing the lot, estimates, blueprints, drawings, engineering, permitting, and financing. ●If there is any involvement with the EPA, this phase could potentially take longer. The building phase (for an average 2000 sq ft property) typically takes between 6-8 months. ●Larger, special, or commercial properties are subject to a longer build time due to material availability and project size.

They typically take 1-3 weeks, based on the scope of the project.
Do you have financing available?
